Cancellation and Refund

  • No Refunds on Sold Goods:

    Goods once sold are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
  • Damaged/Expired Products:

    Products nearing their expiry date may be accepted for return within one month prior to the expiration, provided the retailer informs us in advance. Post-expiry products cannot be refunded or exchanged and are the retailer’s responsibility.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items:

    Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon delivery. Once accepted by the retailer, goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Order Cancellation:

    Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order will already be processed.
  • Return Eligibility:

    Items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for return approval within the specified time frame.
